Were seeking a Mid-Level Backend C# Developer to join our team and contribute to an innovative desktop application project built on the Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) stack. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with us, starting by supporting our existing platform to gain a deep understanding of our business logic and workflows.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Learn and Support: Begin by supporting the current WPF-based system to understand its architecture, functionality, and alignment with business requirements.
  • Develop Features: Transition into developing backend features for a modernized WPF desktop application, prioritizing reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Streamline Workflows: Build and refine backend services and APIs to enhance operator workflows and increase automation.
  • Data Handling: Manage real-time data processing and integration to ensure seamless communication between backend and UI components.
  • Collaborate: Partner with UI developers using WPF to deliver cohesive, user-friendly desktop solutions.
  • Optimize Performance: Diagnose and resolve performance issues in backend logic and its integration with the WPF stack.

Essential Competencies

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in backend development, focusing on C# and .NET, with experience working on WPF desktop applications.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in building APIs, integrating backend logic with WPF UIs, and managing data in real-time environments.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong debugging skills and the ability to deliver efficient, scalable solutions.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in Windows desktop application development using WPF.
  • Familiarity with multi-threading, MVVM architecture, or real-time data systems.
