Job Overview:
We are seeking an FPGA Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge FPGA-based systems. In this role, you will participate in the full development cycle, from system requirements to architecture design and interface development. You'll work on evaluating critical paths, analyzing radiation impact, and ensuring smooth integration with other parts of the product. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you will make a direct impact on the functionality and reliability of advanced technologies.
Your Responsibilities:
- Participate in the full development cycle of an FPGA project: Requirements development of the system, architecture design, and external chips interface development (ADC, DAC, etc.);
- Critical paths and corner cases analysis;
- Evaluate radiation impact in FPGA modules;
- Write test procedures and design test benches accordingly;
- Interact with different teams to ensure an easy integration of different parts to the product.
What Were Looking For:
- Verilog, System Verilog proficiency
- Knowledge of the development sequence of a project (Pre-Synthesis, Post-Synthesis, Post-Layout)
- Dynamic Timing Analysis and Static Timing Analysis
- Good debugging skills
- Masters degree in a relevant area
- Good team spirit and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and deadlines
- Experience in the several phases of FPGA development (Design, Simulation, Implementation and Test)
- Knowledge of communication area (e.g.: FHSS, PSK, ...)
- Experience with programming languages (e.g.: C, C++, Python)
- Experience with version control tools (e.g.: GIT)
- Experience with Agile Methodologies
- Knowledge of Space Industry
