What will be your main responsibilities?

Provide local and/or remote user support

Assist in the installation of hardware and software systems

Analyze and acquire IT equipment

Support in troubleshooting technical issues and network problems

Create and maintain technical and procedural documentation

Install, configure, and maintain equipment

Administer and maintain the company’s and branches’ infrastructure

Install, configure, and troubleshoot systems

Profile and requirements:

Technical or higher education in IT-related fields

Proven professional experience in similar roles

Knowledge of networks and IT systems

Experience with programming, routers, switches, and servers

Ability to work independently and solve technical problems

Resilience, proactivity, and dynamism

Good command of English
